What to expect on the day

  1. We set up. We arrive early and set up our printer and magnet presses. The whole station fits on one table.
  2. Guests scan & upload. Guests scan our QR code, pick a photo from their phone, and crop it to fit. No app to download.
  3. We print & press live. Guests watch their magnet being made. Most are ready in minutes.
  4. They take it home. Every guest leaves with a keepsake from your event.

All you provide is a table and a power outlet. We bring everything else.

Two ways to book

Host-Paid

You cover the magnets as a favor for your guests. Best for weddings, showers, birthdays, and corporate events. Quoted by guest count and hours.

Guest-Pay (Vendor)

We set up as a vendor and guests buy their own magnets. Best for markets, fairs, festivals, and school events.

What's included

  • A staffed magnet station, including setup and breakdown
  • QR code ordering, so there are no lines of people typing into a laptop
  • Both sizes: our 2.5″ × 2.5″ square and 2.5″ × 3.5″ rectangle
  • Help for any guest who needs it with uploading or cropping
  • Custom designs are available. Ask us about adding names, a date, or your logo
